Heat Haven is teaming up with Buena Tierra Run Club for the ultimate Sunday Social: a feel-good group run followed by a well-earned sauna reset. ☀️🔥

Meet up at 9:00 AM to hit the trails with the run club—move your body, catch up with friends, and start the day on a high note. Then head back to Heat Haven, where the saunas will be hot and ready by 10:30 AM.

To sauna, purchase a $25 wristband that gives you sauna access from 10:30 AM–1:00 PM. Rotate in and out of the heat at your own pace, cool down between rounds, and settle into that post-run glow.

• 9:00 AM — Group run with Buena Tierra Run Club

• 10:30 AM–1:00 PM — Sauna session (wristband required)

Come for the miles, stay for the steam—this is how Sundays should feel.

Max of 45 wrist bands being sold. Walk/Run ups are welcome but space is not guaranteed.

Don’t want to sauna? No problem! Come hang out around the fire pits after your run and meet some likeminded people!
