What to expect:
Sundays are for good vibes, slow moves, and long steams.
We kick things off with a 45–55 minute movement session — but the fun part? It’s always a surprise. One week it might be yoga, another week tai chi, or maybe even a little hip-hop groove. Whatever it is, it’s designed to keep things light, fresh, and fun — a little shake-up for body and mind.
And don’t worry — this is strictly a no-intimidation zone. We’re not here to make you bust out a wild karate kick or twist yourself into a pretzel. Every session is totally beginner-friendly and perfect for anyone who just wants to move, breathe, and smile a little.
Come dressed like you would for yoga — comfy and ready to roll (or stretch, or sway, or two-step).
Cost: $35 + 5.9% (tax) = $37.07)
After the Flow
Once you’ve warmed up, it’s time to turn up the heat. You’ll have two full hours of sauna time to relax, chat, and move through steamy rotations at your own pace. No timer, no pressure — just easy, effortless chill.
Between rounds, grab a mocktail or coffee from the concessions area, strike up a convo, or just bask in that post-sweat bliss. Because around here, Sundays are made for slow living and hot moments.
Get to know your instructor
Meet Lisa Ramirez, your post-holiday reset guide and the warm, grounding presence from the Find Your Senta crew. On November 30th, she’s leading an all-levels, twisty vinyasa slow flow designed to help your body wring out the holiday heaviness, rev up your natural detox systems, and get you perfectly primed for that sweet sauna melt afterward.
Lisa isn’t just a seasoned mover — she’s a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, currently leveling up with an additional 300 hours of training, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, a fluent Spanish speaker, and a mom of two girls who keep her flexible in more ways than one. She’s been teaching for over a decade, bringing mindful movement, breathwork, and centering practices to students in a way that feels supportive, grounding, and totally judgment-free.
Her flows weave nourishment for body and spirit, all infused with yogic goodness like Ahimsa (do no harm) and Santosa (contentment). Expect a practice that’s light-hearted, welcoming, and sneakily transformative — the kind that helps you build confidence, reconnect mind-body-spirit, and carry the glow far beyond the mat.
Lisa teaches with Find Your Senta, shares her magic at the Milwaukee JCC, and brings an energy that feels like sunshine wrapped in a warm towel. Come twist, breathe, melt, and walk into the sauna afterward feeling like your insides just got a full upgrade.
