Saturday Morning Flow + Sauna

  • Heat Haven Sauna Park at Hart Park 7300 West Chestnut Street Wauwatosa, WI, 53213 United States (map)
Book your spot

What to expect: $35/person

First we Yoga, then we Sauna!

When you arrive for your Flow + Sauna session, one of our Heat Haven crew will check you in and point you in the right direction — no wandering required.

If the weather’s feeling cute, yoga will be outdoors (bring a layer or two to stay cozy). If it’s too chilly or raining, we’ll move the sweat party inside the Mullner Building. Either way, our team’s got you covered.

What to bring:
🧘‍♀️ Yoga mat (we’ve got loaners if you forget)
💧 Water bottle
👙 Swimsuit
🧖 Towel for that post-sauna glow
😌 Comfy clothes to slip into afterward
🩴 Flip-flops or easy-off shoes — trust us, you’ll thank us later

How to Sauna (Without Melting)

No, you’re not sitting in the sauna for 75 minutes straight — we’re warm, not wild.
You’ll do 10–15 minute rounds in the sauna, followed by a cool-down to let your body reset. Aim for 2–3 rounds for that perfect steamy-sparkle balance.

Between rounds, swing by one of our Rise Stations to chill down, rehydrate, and bask in your newfound glow.
