Heat Haven After Dark is your Friday-night reset button—because when the air gets cold, we get cozy and social. On Friday, January 30th, we’re skipping the silent-retreat vibe and going full “winter wellness party,” built for shaking off the week and breathing your way back into your body.

We’ll start with a full hour of guided breathwork led by Erin Brady—a proper nervous-system tune-up to slow the pulse, clear the mental clutter, and land in that calm-before-the-holiday-storm exhale.

Then we turn the mood up: two hours of sauna rotations under the stars with feel-good, upbeat music, warm conversations, and that unbeatable post-sauna glow. Expect mocktails, plenty of mingling, and firelight flicker if the weather cooperates.

Bring your towels, your good energy, and your “I need a break” face. You’ll leave lighter, looser, and holiday-ready—like someone hit refresh on your whole system.

What to expect from the breath work session

Step into the new year with intention, vitality, and a deeper connection to your own inner power. As we enter the Year of the Horse—a year symbolizing strength, momentum, and unbridled possibility—this breathwork journey invites you to harness that energy from the inside out.

In this class, you’ll explore the breath as a gateway into your nervous system, learning how each inhale and exhale can shift your state, sharpen your presence, and awaken the parts of you ready to move forward with purpose. We’ll begin with invigorating, activating breath techniques that stir your inner fire and help you tap into the Horse’s spirited drive. You’ll feel your energy rise, your focus sharpen, and your sense of personal power expand.

Then, as the arc of the session softens, you’ll be guided into a longer, deeply soothing downregulating practice—an opportunity to settle, integrate, and anchor everything you’ve awakened. This closing sequence invites you to ground your intentions, calm your system, and step into the year with clarity, steadiness, and a renewed sense of direction.

Meet the Instructor - Erin Brady

Breathwork found me when life brought me to my knees. After the heartbreak of infertility and the unraveling of everything I thought I knew, I had to rebuild — not just my plans, but my sense of self. In that void, the breath met me. It became the rope that pulled me out, the rhythm that steadied me, the medicine that restored me.

But this practice didn’t just heal me, it transformed me. And once I experienced that transformation, there was no turning back.

I don’t call myself a teacher, coach, or guide. I’m more of a navigator, even a conductor—someone who helps you move through your own symphony of breath. The real work? That’s yours. I’m just here to hold space, offer encouragement, and maybe nudge you beyond your comfort—especially when discomfort is standing between you and what’s waiting on the other side.
