Light the Hart is a free, community winter walk through HART Park—an illuminated path designed to get everyone out of the house, into the fresh air, and feeling like we actually did survive January.

On Saturday, January 31, the lighted walking path will be set up by 3:00 PM and ready to enjoy all evening. Bring the kids, bring a friend, bring your post-dinner “we need to get out of the house” energy—this one’s built for wandering, noticing the lights, and soaking up that cozy winter magic.

We’re inviting the community to help make the path shine: decorate a paper luminaria bag with art, doodles, or an affirmation—something kind, weird, funny, or hopeful.

We’ll also have FREE s’mores sponsored by Discover Wauwatosa—because winter outside is better with melty chocolate.
