What to expect:
First We Yoga, Then We Sauna. Obviously.
When you arrive for your Yoga + Sauna session, one of our Heat Haven crew will check you in and guide you exactly where you need to go — zero wandering, zero confusion, all good vibes.
We’ll start with 45–50 minutes of yoga in the Garden Room inside the Muellner Building. Once we’re stretched, centered, and feeling smugly zen, we’ll roll right into an hour of delicious sauna time.
What to Bring:
🧘♀️ Yoga mat (we’ve got loaners if yours is living its own life)
💧 Water bottle
👙 Swimsuit
🧖 Towel for that post-sauna sparkle
😌 Cozy clothes for afterward
🩴 Flip-flops or easy-off shoes — your future self will high-five you
How to Sauna (Without Melting):
Nope, you’re not sitting in a 170-degree box for 60 minutes straight — we’re warm, not unhinged. You’ll do 10–15 minute rounds in the sauna, then hop out for a cool-down. Repeat for 2–3 rounds until you hit that perfect steamy, floaty bliss point.
Between rounds, hit the Chillotine to cool off, hydrate, and admire your growing glow.
Come stretchy, leave sparkly. 🔥🧘♀️
Having Trouble Booking? Here’s What’s Up.
If you’re trying to book a class in a private Safari browser and it’s showing as “unavailable,” don’t panic — the class most likely is available. Safari’s private mode just likes to throw a little unnecessary drama into the mix.
The easiest fix?
✔️ Open a non-private browser window
or
✔️ Switch to Chrome, which plays much nicer with our booking system
Once you do that, you should see all available spots and be able to book normally.
Tech hiccups happen, but we’ve got you. Now go snag that sweat session. 🔥
